Butler Service

A Butler is available to attend to your every whim, that’s why they are there. So please don’t hesitate to ask for anything your require including finding you places to go visit, calling you taxis or booking you in for a meal.

Cleaning

Our staff will clean the villas daily and change bed linen and towels. We have a full laundry service also available. Just ask our staff for what you need done and they will be happy to oblige.

Meals

Our staff will cook upon request. They are specialist in Indonesia cuisine but can prepare Western style breakfast and would be happy to cook whatever you would like.

We do not provide you with meals however, a complimentary breakfast will be provided on the first morning. If you require anything just give our staff a shopping list and they will be more than happy to purchase whatever your heart desires.

For the foodies staying with us, we are located in the hotspot of world class dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For a simple family dinner Vanessa recommends a Sunday Roast at The Plumber’s Arms, fabulous Japanese at Kunti 3 or a memorable Mexican feast at La Mexicana all within 1km of the villa. There is even a wood-fired pizza oven at Warung Italian just down the road that pumps out pizzas just like Vanessa’s Italian mamma makes them – delizioso!

For groceries and staples, Pepito a large gourmet supermarket is a stone’s throw away from the villa or, for those looking for a more organic experience head over to Bali Buda, an iconic purveyor of organic produce, raw ingredients and superb bakery. They will make you up 1 litre of fresh almond milk for only 20,000 Rp ($2AUD). For great coffee head over to Bondi Café in Umalas or hit Canggu for the plethora of cafés and restaurant that line the boulevard down to Berawa Beach.

Transportation

Drivers and cars are available upon request. Our villa has its own shuttle car housed on site in the garage. Just let us know when you’re arriving and we will arrange free airport pick-up and drop-off at the villa.

You are also free to book our driver and car for private use. Rates are $50US per day (based on an 8 hour day).

Scooters are also affordable to rent. Please let us know in advance and we will arrange the hire for you.

Spa Treatments

As part owners of Lady Marmalade Spa we can also arrange private spa treatments at the villa upon request. Or, we can arrange for you to go directly to our spa. All guests staying with us will receive a 20% discount of all treatments at the spa.

Babysitting

With two small children of our own we are well versed in how important it is to safely entrust your children to the right person even if it’s for an hour or two. Please contact Vanessa directly to arrange for any of our own three personal nannies to babysit for you. For day time hours, play groups are also available nearby. We recommend a drop-in at Umalas Kid’s Club for babies and up to 6 years old or at Spice Play Umalas nearby for children under 3.

Amusing the Kids

We are located near many major attractions to amuse the kids. Nearby is the Canggu Club with a waterpark, Indoor Trampoline Centre (Bounce) and Indoor bowling alley. We are also close to a local waterpark called Taman Segara Madu about 10 minutes away. Other places to take the kids are Lollipop Play Centre on Sunset Road in Seminyak or go to the play centre at Bale Udang on Nakula for the cost of a coconut water. Local beaches are also nearby – Pantai Batu Belig, Pantai Berawa and Pantai Petitenget.

Doctor & Medical Services

We have our local doctor, Dr Ristie situated within 6 minutes from our villa. Fluent in English, just ask our staff to book you in and take you if you need any medical assistance. Siloam Hospital on Sunset Road is where we recommend for any other emergencies.
